**This MONTH we will be using PASTEL as our focus medium and will have the pleasure of A FALLON DEER w/MUSHROOMS, A COTTAGE, A FOREST WITH LICHEN, AND A BEAVER as our subject matter! We will be taking a deep dive into the the many aspects of soft pastel such as substrates, underpainting techniques, layering, adding texture, and capturing light and shadow.

This is a monthly subscription to my ongoing ONLINE art classes where each month we will choose a focal subject and will combine it with a particular media such as soft pastels, colored pencil, or acrylic paint. We will learn how to use a wide variety of substrates and solvents to help bring our subjects to life! With the subscription package you receive a $5 discount off of the weekly rate as well as a recorded video of the lesson emailed to you! In addition, I email the students a curated list of my personal photos references for the week’s subject/s as well as an itemized list of the materials I plan to use/demo for the lesson. Classes take place via Zoom platform and are emailed Zoom link before class.
